Does your soap have lye in it?

Yes. All soap has lye in it. Lye is an ingredient that reacts with butters and oils in a process called saponification to create soap. Soap must be cured a minimum of 6 weeks to ensure the lye is evaporated out of the soap. Products that are made with out lye are called detergents and they have different cleansing properties than soap.
Is soap with lye safe to use?

Yes!! Once cured the lye has been evaporated out of the soap.
Are your soaps organic?

Yes. All of our soaps and body products are 100% organic. We only use organic and responsibly sourced ingredients.
Are your products tested on animals?

No. We do not test our products on animals and we never buy ingredients that have been tested on animals.
Is your glitter on your soap biodegradable?

Yes. We use biodegradable glitter made out of corn cellulose. It dissolves when wet. Our glitters completely dissolve so nothing is left in the tub or on skin.
